This is a Freshwater Snail, but I had to post this. It is beautiful.

”Snail - gastropod with a spiral shell perched on the surface of a puddle in rainy weather in Voronezh region, Russia. This slimy fella looks like he is walking on water. When it rained one day rather than hiding away in his warm shell this snail decided to take a slithery walk over twigs, under grasshoppers and into a puddle. Because of the snail’s small size the surface of the water is just strong enough to support his weight as shown by these pictures taken by Russian photographer, Vadim Turnov.”
